Living with an injury, illness or disability and looking for work?

We’re dedicated to finding a job that suits you

If you have a health condition that affects your ability to find or keep a job, you may be eligible for Disability Employment Services (DES).

DES is an Australian Government initiative that supports people with a disability, injury or health condition – including anxiety and depression – to find a job that suits their needs.

‘Disability’ takes many forms – from something as common as chronic back pain or asthma to more permanent injuries, as well as social and mental health barriers. Problems may not always be visible, but they can have a big impact on your ability to work.

As a DES provider, Jobfind will work with you to understand your needs, create a support network around you and help you find suitable and sustainable part-time or full-time employment that builds a better life and brighter future.

We’ll be with you every step of the way.

Why choose Jobfind as your Disability Employment Services or NDIS provider?

We can help if you’re at risk of losing your job

If you ever find yourself at risk of losing your job because of an injury, illness or disability that makes employment difficult for you, our Work Assist program can help. Our team will work in consultation with you and your employer to maintain your employment.
