Upskill or train for a new career

Free training designed to help you re-enter the workforce, upskill or train for a new career.

At Jobfind, we’re committed to changing lives and building futures you can be proud of. This means helping you develop the skills you need for the jobs you want.

In partnership with Registered Training Organisations, we offer Jobfind job seekers the opportunity to participate in free and funded training to support your employment goals (for eligible job seekers).

We also run Employability Skills training (EST), designed to prepare you for the reality of today’s workplace. EST offers two short courses, one covering core job skills and industry insights and one offering industry specific focussed training and work trials. Our Placement Management Service assists you into a work trial with a host employer with a genuine prospect of employment.

Our partnerships with thousands of Australian businesses also provide us with a unique advantage that links training with potential employers. This opens up a range of placement and employment opportunities for our job seekers. We are also the only Workforce Australia provider to have  national partnerships with Angus Knight Institute and TAFE Directors Australia.

Engage, educate, employ

We have partnered with Programmed and the TAFE Directors of Australia to develop an innovative new way to Engage, Educate and Employ Australians. For the first time, a national partnership of the TAFE network peak body, an employment services provider, public education, and training providers, and one of the largest national employers will collaborate in a structured way to provide job seekers with a skills and jobs pathway, to a career. This will find and prepare unemployed Australians and reskill and upskill them before placing them into jobs.

Programmed is one of Australia’s largest employers and have up to 20,000 employees each day across over 25 industries. Our collaboration with Programmed only extends our reach across the country, allowing job seekers immediate access to thousands of additional quality job opportunities.
