Jobfind has again achieved outstanding Star Rating results awarded by the Commonwealth Department of Education, Skills and Employment for providing jobactive services in Victoria.
The latest Star Ratings for jobactive providers are based on the performance of services from April to June 2020. Despite the challenges of Melbourne’s initial COVID-19 shutdown, Jobfind was still able to help 400 unemployed people find work each month. The jobactive Performance Framework is based on the principles of efficiency, effectiveness, quality and assurance. The Star Ratings measure the performance from all the jobactive providers nationally in a ratings system with 5 stars being the highest rating possible.
At a regional level, Jobfind was ranked number 1 in Australia. In addition, Jobfind was Awarded 5 Star overall ratings for 11 areas across Melbourne:

- Fitzroy
- Flemington
- Richmond
- Narre Warren
- Springvale
- Airport West
- Broadmeadows
- Campbellfield
- Craigieburn
- Sunbury
