The Disability Management Service (DMS) supports people with an injury, health condition, illness or disability, to not only find a job, but also to stay in employment.
Disability Management Service participants usually require occasional support to stay in work.
What is Employment Support Service?
The Employment Support Service (ESS) provides support and assistance to people living with a permanent or long term disability, health condition or illness to find and keep a job.
Employment Support Service participants usually need regular, ongoing support to stay in work.
