Subsidies are available if you employ eligible people, including parents, youth, First Nations, mature age Restart job seekers (50+), through Workforce Australia or ParentsNext. Incentives are also available for job seekers registered with the Disability Employment Services (DES).
Our highly experienced staff can help your business access these subsidies – worth up to $10,000 each. We will advise you about eligibility, and help you get funding for every eligible job seeker.
Restart: Up to $10,000 for hiring a job seeker aged 50 or above.
Youth bonus: Up to $10,000 for job seekers aged 15 to 24.
Youth: Up to $6,500 for job seekers aged 25 to 29.
First Nations job seekers: Employers may be able to claim up to $10,000 for eligible Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander job seekers who meet the criteria of any Workforce Australia wage subsidy. Waiting periods may also be dropped for these payments, so employers can claim as soon as the job seeker joins the Workforce Australia program.
Parents: Up to $6,500 when you hire a job seeker who is also a principal carer/parent.
Long-term unemployed: If a job seeker has completed 12 months in our Workforce Australia program you could be eligible for a subsidy of up to $6,500. There is no age limit for this subsidy.
Disability Employment Services: For each job seeker registered with Disability Employment Services, you can access subsidies of up to $1,650.
