We’re on the ground in your community

We know how important local knowledge is in matching job seekers with the needs of employers. At Jobfind, partnership is fundamental to what we do. And this means building networks of employer partners in each community we service.  

Jobfind’s unique team of Regional Employment and Partnerships Coordinators work on the ground in their local area, getting to know local businesses, how they’re faring and what difficulties they face. This is especially important when so many workplaces have felt the impact of COVID-19 restrictions.  

Our coordinators hold senior positions in Jobfind. They are well placed to help employers and industries find the right employees now – as well as build productive workforces into the future. They also work with local job seekers to train and prepare them for the available job opportunities.

employment services – we can deliver the right employees to you by providing the right kind of support to our job seekers, especially those faced with barriers to employment, such as First Nations Australians, people with disability, youth, mature aged job seekers, parents, and re-trenched workers
training – our job seekers are equipped to meet your needs through training provided by our sister company the Angus Knight Institute as well as our partnership with TAFE Directors Australia 
wellbeing support – our online health service, Healthfind, supports the wellbeing of our job seekers, at no cost to you, before and after we place them with you.  

At Jobfind, we draw on our integrated centralised services to address local needs.
