Mature-aged Job seekers
Become confident and skilled for new and better job opportunities
Our Career Transition Assistance (CTA) program is for job seekers aged 45 years and over. Get one-on-one support in a small group setting to take your next steps into work.
With an experienced trainer, you will define the skills you’ve already got from your past work and life experience. Together, we’ll prepare a Career Pathway Plan to develop your skills and confidence to work.
How can Career Transition Assistance help?
A skilled facilitator will work with you in a peer group setting and one-on-one to build your skills and confidence to work.
Who is eligible to participate?
Participants must be 45 years or over and registered with Workforce Australia Online or Workforce Australia Provider Services. You do not have to be receiving income support payments to join your local CTA program.
How does it work?
If you’re interested in participating in CTA, simply ask your Employment Consultant to refer you to your local Jobfind CTA provider. Jobfind offers CTA from locations in Melbourne and Perth.
