Who we are
At Jobfind, we deliver life-changing opportunities for individuals, and committed workers for employers.
Our highly dedicated staff are genuinely committed to empowering, supporting and assisting people to achieve their employment goals.
Jobfind was established in 1991. Since then we have proudly placed and supported more than a million Australians – and we continue to support around 1,000 every month through our Workforce Australia programs.
We work with thousands of employers, and our key focus is on the long-term unemployed, people living with disability, First Nations, young and mature-aged people.
We operate nationwide, with significant ties to Melbourne from CBD to Peninsula.
We are committed to quality
We are proud of our 4- and 5-star ratings and the excellent results from independent satisfaction surveys that place us well above our competitors and industry averages.

We are all about partnership
We are one of the few companies to actively seek national and local partnerships, across corporate organisations, government departments and local community organisations.
We see the employers we work with as partners as well.
This allows us to understand people at a grass roots level, at the same time as empowering local communities through the sophisticated centralised support, technology, research and analysis we can offer as part of AKG.
We are part of a larger group of like-minded businesses
As part of AKG, Jobfind can leverage the skills and resources of our sister companies, as well as the strength of group’s shared corporate services, including best practice support in finance, legal counsel, information and technology, marketing, administration support, and people and culture.
100% Australian owned, Angusknight Pty Ltd was founded in 1991 by Duncan Angus, and in the three decades since then, the company has helped more than 1 million people into work.
Across its businesses, the group provides integrated employment, training and workforce solutions in diverse markets across the government, corporate, First Nations and community sectors. It operates in more than 300 locations in 6 countries, and employs more than 700 people, directly and through its partnerships, engaging with diverse clients in 78 languages. 68% of the AKG team are women.
