A. CEO Jobfind
Q. How many people do you look after: (total people reporting to you)
A. Approx 250
Q. What do you do in your job (typical tasks)
A. Focusing the team on what is we need to achieve. Coaching and mentoring leaders, communicating with all team regularly, developing processes and systems, making sure our clients always receive a respectful and quality service.
Q. What do you do in your every day that you love the most?
A. I love unleashing the potential of all of our job seeker, as training and securing a job can change their lives, and those of their own community.
Q. What were the (main) roles that you did before you became CEO?
A. I have been in Executive level roles in this industry for 17 years, mostly managing Operations, but also in People and Culture and Quality and Compliance.
Q. What did you dream you would be when you were a little girl?
A. I always wanted to be a Doctor
Q. What did you think you would be as you left school?
A. I went to Uni and started Town Planning
Q. What is your key message to young women out there?
A. You can do anything-find what your passion is and follow your dreams
Q. What is the main passion you have for women everywhere?
A. I want women to feel empowered and supported to achieve their dreams. I want women to see other women with a voice, representing and inspiring others- and know they can do this too.
