6 October 2022, Sydney: Danielle LeCouteur from employment service provider, Jobfind, was awarded Employment Consultant of the Year in the National Employment Services Association (NESA) 2022 Awards for Excellence, announced overnight in Sydney.
The award, sponsored by Aware Super, recognises Danielle as a role model for dedicating herself to improving job outcomes for disadvantaged Australians.
CEO of NESA Sally Sinclair said the award sets a ‘benchmark of excellence’ within the employment services sector.
Presenting the awards, Minister for Social Services Hon Amanda Rishworth said:
“Everyone deserves the opportunity and dignity of a career and meaningful work.”
Following the Government’s recent Jobs and Skills Summit, the focus on getting more disadvantaged Australians into the workforce and creating more accessible and inclusive workplaces has never been more in the spotlight.

In Inner Metropolitan Melbourne and Gippsland regions where Danielle works, her days are spent creating opportunities for job seekers to skill up to fill vacancies with local employers.
In the past financial year, Danielle’s efforts resulted in 470 job placements.
